In order to make a return of one of our products, we must link this to a case. The first step that must take place before sending anything to us is to create a case. Create a case by clicking submit a request at the top right of the home page.
- Under Selection, you select Return of products.
- Select a Subject for inquiry.
- Under Description always describe the problem in detail. If you are sending multiple items, you must enter the "Purplepoint ID" found on the label on the modem. If it is another article that has no identity, you must provide a detailed description. This is so that we can troubleshoot correctly.
- Please attach documents such as pictures etc. if available.
- Then submit the case by clicking submit.
When you have clicked on submit, a new case with an ID-number has been created and then it looks like this.
- Pack and send in the returned items in well-protected packaging to: M2M Solutions AB, Mogölsvägen 24, 554 75, Jönköping, Sweden. As a reference on the package with the returned products, the ID-number must always be given for the case. You can find the ID number (#xxxx )on the right side of your case.
- When we have received your return case, you will receive a confirmation that the products have reached us.
